BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates

Our rates are advertised on a per room, per night basis unless otherwise stated. Your rate will be confirmed at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed,
we regret that rates cannot be amended. All offers are subject to availability and only one offer may be applied per stay.

Confirmation and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by email. Please ensure you provide clear and correct contact details when making an enquiry.

Flexible Rates

No deposit required. Free cancellation or amendments up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Early Bird / Advance Purchase Rates

Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. A 100% deposit will be processed when this rate is booked. Payments are non-refundable. Reservations may be amended once, up to 14 days prior to arrival. If the amended date is at a higher rate, the difference will be payable at the time of amendment. Any cancellation will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

If you have booked via a third party and not directly with the hotel, the cancellation policy of the third party will apply.

Terms for special offers and promotions may vary. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

Differing terms and conditions apply to bookings made between June and September. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the hotel for further information.

Please note that the terms and conditions on your booking confirmation supersede any information listed on the website.

Final bills may be settled by cash, debit card or credit card. We do not accept American Express; all other major cards are accepted.

Cancellation by You

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan booked. Advance Purchase rates are fully prepayable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Flexible Room Only, Bed & Breakfast and Dinner, Bed & Breakfast bookings require a deposit of 50% of the first night’s accommodation fee at the time of booking.

These reservations may be cancelled up to two days prior to arrival. Within two days of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations by Us

If we are required to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, all deposits paid will be refunded in full. We will do our utmost to assist with sourcing alternative accommodation. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

While we cannot guarantee specific suites or apartments, we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

Additional Booking Notes

All family apartments sleep two adults and two children, with the exception of Hemmick, which sleeps two adults and three children. Additional z-beds are available at £25.00 per bed, per night, subject to availability.

All rooms except Studio Room 3 can accommodate a cot. Please request this at the time of booking as numbers are limited. Cots are provided free of charge.

Twin bed set-ups are available in all Studio Sea-View rooms and in one Studio Non-Sea View (Studio 2).

Check-in is from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Later check-in may be arranged with advance notice. Check-out is at 11:00am on the day of departure. Late departures, unless pre-arranged, will be charged accordingly.

Free parking is provided for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk and The Rosevine accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within The Rosevine buildings, including apartments. A deep-clean fee will be charged if this policy is not adhered to.

Towels for the indoor pool are provided. Please bring your own towels for use at the nearby beach.

We offer designated dog-friendly rooms. Please advise us at the time of enquiry if you wish to bring your dog. Dogs are charged at £15.00 per dog, per night.

Any damage caused during your stay will be charged in full to the responsible party.

Events and Weddings

From time to time, small events or weddings may be held, which could result in certain communal areas being unavailable for short periods. We will make every effort to inform guests in advance. No refunds or compensation will be offered should this occur during your stay.

Some weddings may require tipi tents to be erected on the top lawn prior to the event. Guests will be advised of this before arrival. Events and weddings are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Maintenance

As we operate year-round, essential maintenance or improvements may occasionally take place during your stay. We will endeavour to provide advance notice and keep disruption to a minimum.

The indoor swimming pool is available during the times listed in the guest information folder. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is unsupervised and used at guests’ own risk. An indemnity form must be signed by the party leader prior to use.

Food and Drink

Children at The Rosevine

Children are defined as ages 0–12. Guests aged 13 and over are considered adults and charged accordingly. Family apartment Bed & Breakfast rates include breakfast for two adults and two children.

Additional children are charged as follows: ages 0–2 free of charge; ages 2–12 at 50% of the adult price; ages 13 and over at the full adult rate.

With the exception of baby food, only food and drink purchased from The Rosevine may be consumed in communal areas, the restaurant and the grounds. No food or drink is permitted in the swimming pool area.

Our restaurant is open to non-residents for lunch and dinner daily. While we prioritise resident bookings, reservations cannot be guaranteed during busy periods without advance notice.

The kitchen can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please advise us at the time of booking.

Tea, coffee, bottled water and fresh milk are provided in your room on arrival. Please contact reception if you wish to purchase additional supplies.
