Booking Terms and Conditions
At The Rosevine Hotel we aim to offer high levels of hospitality to all our guests, regardless of any permanent or temporary disability, medical condition or other specific requirement. This Access Statement is designed to give you the information you need to assess how effectively we can meet your particular needs.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Reservations can be made by telephone or email.
The hotel is located approximately 6 miles from Truro railway. Wheelchair-suitable vehicles are available if necessary. Directions to the hotel can be found on the website.
ARRIVAL
There is no designated disabled parking bays, however please let us know prior to arrival if you require a space close to the main entrance, we can reserve a parking space for you. We do have a portable ramp which can be put out on the entrance to the hotel. The reception desk two levels, 1230mm and 750mm in height. Assistance with luggage is always available, and this can be collected from/delivered to your car if required. The entrance hall floor is wooden and all on one level. There is one step into the hotel from the car park. The car park is surface is gravel.
PUBLIC AREAS
The reception, bar, lounge, restaurant, children’s play room and swimming pool are all on one level. We also have 3 Family apartments on the ground floor in the main hotel, as well as 3 inland facing studio apartments on the ground floor (separate to the main hotel). All our other accommodation is situated on the 1st floor or involving steps. Unfortunately, we do not have a lift facilitated within the hotel. Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s toilets are located on the ground floor, as is the Disabled WC.
The Swimming Pool located in the ground floor and has easy access, then a 4 step hand railed ladder allows access into the water.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel has no bedrooms specifically designed for use by guests with impaired mobility; however our team are more than happy to discuss your particular requirements. Bedrooms vary in terms of shape and size however many will be suitable for guests with minor disabilities so do please feel free to call us and let our Reception team assist you.
GENERAL
All information such as menus, bedroom information and tariffs can be printed in larger fonts if so required. Service dogs are accepted at the hotel by prior arrangement.
We have tried to be accurate and as comprehensive as possible in the preparation of this Access Statement. All team members are more than happy to assist in any way possible to ensure that you have a very enjoyable stay at The Rosevine Hotel.
