Cancellation and deposit policy
June & September bookings:
This reservation may be cancelled up to 7-days prior to arrival without charge. Within 7-days a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
July & August bookings:
A deposit of 50% of the first night will be charged on all reservations with a stay date in July or August, regardless of the arrival date.
