Set within a Georgian family house just a stone’s throw from the nearest sandy beach and the South West Coast Path. Our accommodation includes 15 apartments, studios and a 4 bedroom self-catering house, each with the space, elegance and peace to completely relax and make the most of your time at one of the top hotels in Cornwall.

Unlike regular hotel rooms, each of The Rosevine’s apartments are designed to provide guests with the space and flexibility to holiday in absolute comfort, whether traveling alone, with friends or with family.

Our restaurant serves dishes inspired by the abundance of quality local produce. Choose a specially selected dish from our seasonal set dinner menu or a fresh light bite from our lunch menu. Along with its beach side location and family friendly features, The Rosevine can be counted as one of the best coastal restaurants in Cornwall.
The Restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere – meet up with family and friends for a long lunch or supper. In summer, enjoy drink on the lawn looking out to sea and in winter a traditional afternoon tea served in the lounge by the wood burning stove.

Hugged by waxy palms and manicured hedges, the house blends its 18th century elegance with the style of seaside contemporary, The Rosevine offers the perfect spot for intimate and indulgent weddings of up to 120 guests overlooking the ocean.
The Rosevine Features 15 apartments, studios and a 4-bedroom self-catering house, altogether sleeping 36 adults and 19 kids, providing ample space for you and your nearest and dearest to enjoy a couple of days celebrating and relaxing all together.

Truro Train Station – 30 minute drive
St AustellTrain Station – 30 minute drive
Newquay Airport – 45 minute drive
By Car – Just before you reach the turning for Gerrans and Portscatho, you will see the sign for the Rosevine. Turn left and follow the road through the village and down towards the beach. The Rosevine is on the right hand side just before you reach the beach (after approximately one mile).
The Rosevine is proud to offer charging points for electric vehicles for our hotel guests. We have 4 chargers on site that can be used on a pay-per-use basis.
