From London to Bristol
Take the M4 to junction 20 and then join the M5 motorway signposted south west, Bristol (west) airport.
From Bristol to Exeter
Take the M5 to junction 31
From Exeter
Leave M5 at junction 31, merge onto A30.
Continue on the A30 for about 60 miles.
Take the left exit signposted B3275.
(shortly after this exit is a T junction. Turn left passing under a bridge.
Go over the mini roundabout following signs for Ladock).
Just after Ladock village turn right at the junction towards Truro.
At the next junction turn left joining the A390.
After 1 mile turn right onto the A3078 towards Tregony and St Mawes.
Follow this road for approx 8 miles (passing over Tregony bridge and continuing towards St Mawes).
Just before you reach the turning for Gerrans and Portscatho you will see the sign for The Rosevine.
Turn left and follow the road through the village and down towards the beach.
The Rosevine is on the right hand side just before you reach the beach (after approximately 1 mile)
